I’ve just finished reading the last book in the series Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows for the first time, i cried so hard when it came towards the end when Snape died and later then harry pored in Snapes memories into the Pensieve and watched his memories of Snapes love for Lilly and the memories of Snape and Dumbledore, it came to a point where i had to actually stop reading becuase i couldn’t see the page anymore with my eyes so blury full of tears… And when harry found out that he was meant to die to be able kill Voldemort and he started walking down the hall thinking he was about to die and seeing Ginny, neville, and Hagrid made me cry even harder.
People had already told me that Snape was on Dumbledore’s side and also that Snape loved Harry’s mother and many other parts of the book especially about Harry’s future, but actually reading it for myself i didn’t think it would have had such a strong effect on me.
After finishing the last book i sorta have to admit its left me feeling really depressed that it’s all over and its made me feel like theres no point bothering to read another book becuase it could never be near as good as the Harry Potter series…
With all the other books i knew already what had happened from watching the movies but with the last book Part 2 of the movie hasn’t come out yet so alot of it was new for me, which made it even more suspenseful to read. I am soo glad i finally read the series because the movies had gotten to a point where it was hard to understand and not as good because i hadn’t read the books and i am so much more exicted for the Pat 2 of the Deathly Hallows to come out. Counting down the days till the 15th of July!
I know im ranting on and on about Harry Potter and probably nobody will even bother reading this haha but i really just had to let all this out haha. If anyone was to read this, it would be wonderful to hear people thoughts on the last book. :)
